Lofts Leased

Malmac Properties is pleased to announce that 6 of the new Lofts at our boutique luxury adult lifestyle building, the Algonquin Lofts, have been leased.  Furthermore most of the new occupants took possession at the earliest possible date so the building is already half full!  

People have been extremely impressed with quality of the product.  Features and amenities such as the new elevator, custom made kitchens and bathrooms, extensive use of quartz counter tops (kitchens, bathrooms, window sills), in-suite laundry, dishwashers, second bathrooms, indoor parking and central air conditioning certainly have made an impression on prospective residents, but the sheer beauty of the Paisley Park designs, incorporating the exposed very high concrete ceilings, concrete beams and columns, have really sealed the deal.  This boutique building is already becoming a destination address.
