6 Suites Approved For Major Renovation

Malmac Properties will proceed with extensive renovations on six more suites in the North Bay area. This work is commencing immediately upon completing the Algonquin Lofts project. Three of the apartments contain two bedrooms, and are located in the Wickstead Woods property on the edge of Olmstead Beach, Trout Lake. The remaining three are in West View Apartments building at 346 Worthington St. East. Two of the West View apartments are 1 bedroom suites and one is a two bedroom. The expected completion date for the first Wickstead Woods suite is April 1, 2017. More information will soon be forthcoming.
