Algonquin Lofts Fully Leased

Malmac Properties has completed the lease-up of its latest project, the Algonquin Lofts.  After receiving a referral from the City of North Bay Malmac has leased several furnished properties to a movie production company, including three at the Algonquin Lofts.  Just prior to this we leased our fifth loft to a senior employee in the mining sector that has relocated from Toronto, and the sixth loft to a new bank employee transferred from out of town.  Having quality rental housing stock is critical for our local economy as it helps attract business to town, as indicated in the Baylor Report.
